About Me :

My background is in psychiatrics, and ran for over two and a half decades in London. I worked on a psychiatric ward (mental health) in the NHS on the night shift; I also worked some day shifts where I cooked regularly for as many as 30 people on my own, often with service users.

I also for many years ran music workshops for people with mental health issues, which were very popular, and service users really used to enjoy.
