This year, as part of the audit of the Care Programme Approach and Care Standards, the Trust is sending out a survey to a randomly selected group of 200 mental health service receivers to ask for their experience of services. We would welcome any other current service receivers who would also like to contribute by filling in an on-line version of the survey, on our Values Exchange site on www.dhcft.values-exchange.co.uk. It's the first survey on the page, entitled 'Service User Survey - CPA and Care Standards'.
