We are a team of researchers based at Kingsway. We are assisting in a research project to investigate whether people with bipolar disorder use the Mental Capacity Act to plan in advance for the intense phases of their condition. 

In order for us to successfully conduct our research, we need your help. We have prepared a questionnaire which will take about half an hour to complete. All your answers will be anonymous and treated with the strictest confidence.
